2. Products

All prints sold by Fade Out Prints are made to order. We take great care to represent our products accurately through descriptions and images; however, colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the finished print due to monitor calibration variations. This is not considered a defect.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods listed at checkout.

Fade Out Prints reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or payment issues. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, and content on the Fade Out Prints website are the intellectual property of Fade Out Prints or its respective creators, and are protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without express written permission.

Purchasing a print grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to display that print privately. It does not grant any rights to reproduce or resell the artwork.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fade Out Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
